Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2004

Aaron joined Loeb Properties in October of 2004 as an intern while working on his graduate degree at the University of Memphis. Upon graduation in December of 2005, Aaron accepted a full time position with Loeb as Real Estate Development Associate analyzing development and acquisition deals as well as conducting due diligence and market research. In 2006, Aaron was promoted to Leasing & Management Associate. In addition to his previous duties as development associate, he added the responsibility of leasing and property management for several properties in the Loeb portfolio. Aaron is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics in 2003. In 2005, Aaron finished his graduate studies at the University of Memphis where he earned a M.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Development. Aaron is a licensed affiliate real estate broker in Tennessee and also serves as a part-time real estate professor at the University of Memphis.
